Kitchen Remodeling
We take kitchens back to the studs and rebuild around how you cook, host and live — stone, cabinetry and light, resolved to the millimeter.

Five stages, no surprises
Consultation
We listen first. Walk the space, understand how you live, and set a realistic scope and budget before a single line is drawn.
Planning
Permits, structural review, procurement and a day-by-day schedule — the unglamorous work that keeps everything on time and on budget.
Design
Layouts, materials and finishes resolved together, so what you approve is exactly what gets built. No surprises at reveal.
Construction
One accountable crew, a clean site, and weekly progress you can see and touch. We build the way we’d build for our own family.
Final Delivery
A meticulous punch list, a full walkthrough, and a home handed over spotless — backed by a workmanship warranty in writing.
Before & after
Before
AfterStructure resolved before demolition
Opening a kitchen wall almost always means a beam. We size and price the header, the point loads and the footings under them before you commit — not after the wall is open and the crew is standing there.
Cabinetry ordered on day one
Custom cabinets are the long lead in every kitchen, typically eight to twelve weeks. We release that order at the start of the schedule so the room is not sitting finished and waiting for doors.
Appliances measured, never assumed
We build to your actual model numbers: rough openings, water and gas stubs, and the real electrical each unit needs. A fridge that misses by half an inch is a cabinet rebuild.
A kitchen you can live around
Phased work, a sealed dust barrier at the opening, and a temporary sink and fridge set up elsewhere — so the rest of the house keeps working while the kitchen does not.
Covered, in writing
General liability
If the work damages something on your property, the repair is claimed against our policy. You are not the one paying to put it right.
Workers’ compensation
If someone is injured on site, their medical care is covered. An accident on your property does not become your exposure.
Both are what a commercial client or a general contractor asks to see before work starts. Certificates available on request.
Frequently asked
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Six to ten weeks on site for most kitchens once materials are in hand. The critical path is nearly always cabinetry, which runs eight to twelve weeks from order, so the useful start date is the day you approve the final layout — not the day demolition begins.
Can we take out the wall between the kitchen and the living room?
Usually yes, but rarely for free. If the wall carries load it needs a properly sized beam, and that beam needs posts and footings to carry the load to the ground. We check what is above before quoting, because the answer changes the number. A single-storey wall with roof trusses spanning past it is the easy case; a bearing wall under a second floor is not.
Can we cook while the kitchen is being rebuilt?
Not in the kitchen, but you can keep cooking. We set up a temporary sink and refrigerator in another room and seal the work zone behind a dust barrier. Plan on takeout for the counter-template and appliance-set weeks. Between cabinet install and stone delivery there is usually a ten-day gap with no working counters at all.
Will we have to bring the wiring and plumbing up to code?
Anything we touch, yes — that is not optional. Older kitchens usually need dedicated small-appliance circuits, GFCI protection at the counters and a properly vented drain. It shows up as a line item in the estimate rather than a surprise mid-project.
Who decides where the countertop seams go?
The slab does, and then you do. Stone comes in finite sizes, so a long run or a large island may need a seam; we template after cabinets are set, show you the layout on the actual slab, and place seams where the veining hides them. Waterfall edges and full-height backsplashes eat slab area quickly, so the layout is worth looking at in person.
