Bathroom Remodeling
Waterproofing done right, then finished beautifully — walk-in showers, honed stone and fixtures that will still feel considered in twenty years.

Five stages, no surprises
Consultation
We listen first. Walk the space, understand how you live, and set a realistic scope and budget before a single line is drawn.
Planning
Permits, structural review, procurement and a day-by-day schedule — the unglamorous work that keeps everything on time and on budget.
Design
Layouts, materials and finishes resolved together, so what you approve is exactly what gets built. No surprises at reveal.
Construction
One accountable crew, a clean site, and weekly progress you can see and touch. We build the way we’d build for our own family.
Final Delivery
A meticulous punch list, a full walkthrough, and a home handed over spotless — backed by a workmanship warranty in writing.
Before & after
Before
AfterThe waterproofing you will never see
The membrane decides whether a bathroom lasts twenty years or two. We flood-test every shower pan for a full day and show you the result before the first tile — the one part of the job you cannot inspect later.
Curbless showers are framing, not tile
A zero-threshold entry means dropping or re-sloping the floor structure and moving the drain, which has to be settled before demolition. Done as an afterthought it becomes a ramp you trip on.
Ventilation to code, not to habit
Persistent damp in a new bathroom is nearly always a fan problem: undersized, or ducted into the attic instead of outside. We size it to the room and vent it through the roof or wall.
Cure times are in the schedule
Membrane, mortar and grout each need time to set before the next trade touches them. We publish those waits as scheduled days instead of quietly skipping them, which is the single most common cause of tile failure.
Covered, in writing
General liability
If the work damages something on your property, the repair is claimed against our policy. You are not the one paying to put it right.
Workers’ compensation
If someone is injured on site, their medical care is covered. An accident on your property does not become your exposure.
Both are what a commercial client or a general contractor asks to see before work starts. Certificates available on request.
Frequently asked
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Three to six weeks for most bathrooms. A real share of that is waiting rather than working: the waterproofing membrane, the mortar bed and the grout each need cure time, and compressing it is exactly how tile cracks and pans leak a year later. Custom glass adds another two to three weeks, because it can only be measured once the tile is set.
Is the shower guaranteed not to leak?
The waterproofing we install is covered by our written workmanship warranty, and every pan is flood-tested for 24 hours before tile so a failure shows up on our schedule instead of your ceiling. What we cannot warranty is a fixture you supply or damp caused by ventilation being switched off.
Can we have a curbless shower?
Usually yes, and it is best decided before demolition. It needs either a recessed floor structure or a build-up of the surrounding floor, plus a linear drain and a slope that runs the right way. On a slab it is more involved than on a framed floor, since the drain line has to be cut into concrete and re-pitched rather than simply moved between joists.
Does a bathroom need a window, or is a fan enough?
Code generally accepts either, but in practice a properly sized fan ducted outside does more for a bathroom than an openable window nobody opens in February. If the room has both, we still size the fan as though it did not. A timer or humidity switch is worth the small extra cost, because a fan only helps while it is actually running.
Can we keep using the bathroom during the work?
No — once demolition starts the room is out of service until the fixtures are set, and if it is the only bathroom in the house you will need an alternative for the duration. We say so up front because it is the detail people most often plan around too late.
